Kieran has netted 9 goals in 8 Millers wins since his arrival last summer and he told the Advertiser: “I'm getting games and I feel I'm going to score and if I get in the positions, I know my team mates will try and find me.
“Because I'm playing on the wing, I get limited chances but I try to take those that do come. Obviously up front I'd get more chances but I'm a team player and it's going well so I'm happy. 9 goals and 8 wins? It's good to have that sort of stat.”
He described his equaliser last weekend against the Blades, “I got it at my feet and I thought I'd hit it as hard as I could and luckily it went in,” said Agard. “I'm a striker by trade and my instinct is to shoot.”
Boss Steve Evans added: “Kieran has a heart the size of a lion and he's never any hesitation in taking a strike or missing a chance. He caught everyone on the hop when he hit that, I think everyone was expecting him to try and pass it. It was a fantastic strike and I don't think many keepers would have seen it until it went by them."
