Defender Kennedy, on-loan from Swindon, will complete a one-match ban following his debut sending-off in Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Oxford.
The 21-year-old was handed a straight red card for a professional foul after 64 minutes when he hauled down Steven MacLean inside the box.
Ryan Taylor suffered a groin strain after 15 minutes of the game and looks set to be out around two weeks.
Tom Newey and Omar Daley, who will be making his first start for the club, are expected to replace the duo whilst Ryan Cresswell has suffered yet another injury setback after turning ankle ligaments in training.
