Keane deal done

Just over 2 weeks into his months loan from Hull City and Michael Keane is about to put pen to paper on a permanant deal to stay with the Millers until the end of 2006/07 season.

The 22 year old has agreed the deal and will sign the papers on Thursday. Hull have let the player come on a free even though Keane had another year on his contract at the KC Stadium.

Keane has played just 2 and half games for the Millers but has impressed in all, today caretaker boss told the clubs official website "He's just the type of player we need as he gets his foot in in the middle of the park and he works hard."
