The Midfielder will miss the Millers game at Stevenage as he aims to help earn his country Iceland a place at next years World Cup, They face Croatia in a 2 legged affair on the 15th & 19th.

Sepaing to the 'Tiser, Kari said; “Obviously we're massive underdogs. We've got a good team but Croatia have got strikers from Bayern Munich and players from Real Madrid. Even though we're up against it, I'm optimistic. We're the underdogs but that's OK because we've got nothing to lose and we can go for it and see what happens."

“To go to the World Cup would mean the world to me. It would be the biggest achievement ever for Icelandic football and would be massive for me personally as well.”

However before that, he's looking to get the Millers back to winning ways after a stutter in recent weeks; “It's not that we're not working hard, everyone is working their socks off but composure is the key and we don't have it at the moment. We're not composed enough on the ball, we cannot keep it and create chances. We cross the ball endlessly and there is no-one on the end of it so we need to be better in the final third.”
