The Football League today held a tribunal and Southend brought over 3 hours of legal submissions to the hearing and therefore it was adjourned until next week.

The Star reports that Southend are argueing that the Football League does not have a say in this matter and not about the actual details of the deal.

The Millers should have recieved a £117k payment on January 1st, they are still waiting for payment and consequently are still paying Campbell-Ryce's wages.

Jamal spent three months on loan at Roots Hall and the he has'nt played since 28th December last year when his loan expired..

Millers Chairman told the clubs official site today, "It is very frustrating, but we are determined to see this matter through to a successful conclusion,"

The tribunal will re-convene next week and as usual MillersMad will bring you the latest.
