24-year-old Taylor agreed to the deal a couple of weeks ago, and with holidays going on, has just signed the contract today.
Taylor follows Dale Tonge, Jamie Annerson and Ollie Banks in accepting a new deal with the Millers.
"Jason had some things going on in close season that have been difficult for him and we understood that, but he has now signed the contact," manager Andy Scott told themillers.co.uk
"We are delighted that he has now committed his future with us and he is another good player we can add to the squad."
