Speaking to the Star today the 23 year old said; "I'm happy to be back playing and in the side. I have started well and hopefully I can nail down my place."

"I don't mind doing any job as long as I'm playing in a winning team. I've just comeback from Rochdale, knuckled down and worked hard. I have always been confident in my own ability. I just want to be playing and if the manager thinks that I'm the right person to do a job then great. But there is still a long way to go so I need to keep on producing to keep my place."

"My plan is to get my head down, play as well as I can and those things (contract) will take care of themselves, It is a long season but I've been happy with how things have gone so far."

Jason then spoke about his midfield partnership with Danny Harrision; II think game by game we are getting used to playing together, The understanding is getting better and I think both Danny and I have been putting in some good performances."

"He chipped in with a goal against Cheltenham and it is important that we get amongst the goals if the team are going to be successful." he added.
