Posh chairman Darren McAnthony revealed this week that he tried to tempt Le Fondre with Championship football before last weeks loan deadline, but the 23 year-old says he's happy where he is after the Millers rebuffed all bids at any price for their prized asset.

"I'm really enjoying my time here. I want to carry on scoring goals and hopefully get Rotherham promoted" Alf told the Star after last nights game.

"We huffed and puffed but we didn't really create any chances to penetrate their backline and we paid for it. They had chances and put them away. We have to be more clinical."
