Speaking to Millersworld, Ian Sharps gave his thoughts on tonights game and of course Wembley.

"What we set out for 10 days ago was to get through to the play-off final and we've done and thats the best thing."

"As a back four I think we've played well all season. There's been a few slip-ups but every team has them and we were delighted with how we played tonight. I didn't want it to go to penalties tonight and I didnt think it was ever going to."

"I was gutted I didn't score myself to be honest, I'm getting critised for that this season not scoring enough goals, which is right. When it hit the bar I thought it might go in, but the little rat knows where to stand does'nt he when the balls about. I'm not really bothered who scores, as long as we win I'm happy."

"The countdown's on, it's something you dream of and I think you could tell tonight that we wanted it more. I think we won every tackle and every header and the game in general was ours to win tonight."

"Leading them up the steps to win it will be my career highlight, it's not a place for losers Wembley. It starts now, we need to make sure we're the winners on the day."

Sharps went on to praise the fans; "I looked up before the game and they were even sitting on the steps. It's brilliant to see, I hope they all come down to Wembley and have a good day."
