I had a bad day, but it wasn't a penalty - Mullins

Referee Peter Quinn over-ruled his linesman and awarded Wycome a penalty just 6m minutes from time after judging that a tackle from Millers defender Johnny Mullins was a foul.

"At the time I didn't think it was a penalty and I still don't, I was gutted. The linesman clearly told the referee he thought I'd won the ball but the ref is the one who has made the decision. I won the ball but I guess I gave the referee a decision to make." Mullins told the 'Tiser.

"It was a strange one but I'm not going to stand here and have a go at the referee. I'd rather look at my own performance, which was shocking. Betsy gave me the run-around but everyone has bad days and I've got to learn from it and move on." he added.

Johnny then looked at the goals the Millers are conceeding; "Look at our scoring record, we are fine scoring goals, we're just conceding too many at Don Valley and that's something we have got to address and address quickly." he said.
