Head2Head and early team news- Oldham (h)

Swaz to face old club.
Our visitors arrive looking to bounce back from Saturday's defeat at Millwall and having only registered one league goal so far, boss John Sheridan believes his side need to start taking their chances but insists the goals will come. He told Oldham's official site: "Instead of just outplaying teams, we need to concentrate on getting the ball in the net. I'm not daft - I know we need a striker - but I believe that with a little luck, we'll start turning out possession into goals."

"However, I'm pleased with the way we're defending. I know the fans are frustrated, but I'd say to them that they need to keep believing in us. If we keep playing the way we are, the goals will come. We've now played Tranmere, Port Vale, Swansea and Millwall - and I believe that all of those teams are no better than us."

Sheridan is no doubt missing Luke Beckett, who has already bagged three for Huddersfield this campaign, one against the Millers. His only doubt from Saturday's game is winger Chris Taylor who went off with flu symptoms. Paul Edwards or Paul Tierney may deputise further forward as a result but Taylor should be ok to travel.

Paul Warne and Chris Swailes are set for a return to their former clubs.

Alan Knill may stick with the same side, or choose to rest several players before the weekend trip to Bradford. Lee Williamson may sit out for Martin Woods to come in for his first start, as he's impressed recently in training and in the reserves. Knill considers him not to be to far off first team action.

Wiseman handed full debut
Scott Wiseman may also come into contention for a start while Will Hoskins and Delroy Facey are set to continue in attack.

MAD's ones to watch:

Millers – Delroy Facey – Improving all the time, just needs to kickstart his season with a goal.

Latics – Richie Wellens – Influential , experienced player who pulls the strings from the midfield.

The head2head will appear here later.
