Mick Harford's new team travels to over the pennines to face former Millers boss Ronnie Moore's Oldham Athletic.
With both teams undergoing wholesale changes throughout the summer, with Moore taking Paul Warne, Rob Scott and the injured Chris Swailes with him to Oldham, he is also back together with defender Guy Branston.

The Millers go into the game with a clean bill of health with only long term absentee Andy Monkhouse not fit enough to play following the 4-0 drubbing of Blackpool yesterday.
While Oldham who drew 0-0 with Colchester have recently signed goalkeeper Michael Poke on loan from Southampton.
