Orient are struggling themselves down at the foot of League One with just seven points so far so this game is crucial even at this early stage for the Millers as they battle to gain ground on the teams hovering above them.

Home manager Martin Ling isn't without his injury worries either. Ling will have to do without the services of winger Craig Easton (groin), Efi Echanomi (broken leg) and Shane Tudor, who needs an ankle operation. Ling told Orient's official site: "It's a blow to lose Shane but this will be a chance for him to clear up the problem once and for all." Centre half John Mackie is also absent through suspension.

More positive news for the O's is that Glyn Garner and Michael Simpson should return after missing last week's games through illness and a hamstring problem.

Likely league debut

The Millers are sweating on the fitness of Dave Hibbert ahead of the trip, as they will set off tomorrow lunchtime to their hotel. Hibbert has his broken nose put back in place and could return, but if he doesn't make it then Ryan Taylor will make his full league debut. There is a slight doubt over Will Hoskins who has sore ribs but fingers crossed he'll be fit in time, while Alan knill is likely to recall Eugen Bopp and Richie Partridge to the starting eleven after resting them in midweek.
