Head2Head & Early Team News -- Chesterfield FC

As we all know, the Millers star players Will Hoskins and Lee Williamson have been sold and its now upto Alan Knill to re-build his team as they look to regain their form and pull themselves out of the relegation zone again.

With Hoskins and Williamson leaving, there will be debuts for new loanee's Ian Henderson and Toumani Diagouraga who will play up front and midfield respectively.

Keeps place.
Stephen Brogan looks set to keep his place at left back over Gregor Robertson after 2 man of the match displays over the festive period. Robertson should make the bench.

Alan Knill also welcomes back Pablo Mills from injury and Eugen Bopp returns after Illness.

Michael Keane, Colin Murdock and Paul Hurst are all still sidelined with injuries

Probably Team:- Cutler, Worrell, Sharps, Mills, Brogan, Partridge, Bopp, Diagouraga, Woods, Facey, Henderson.

Speaking to the clubs official site ealier, Knill expected a tough game and said, "Chesterfield have some great players, I have seen Caleb Folan play a few times and am a big fan of his, he's very mobile for a big guy and is strong and powerful, we will see Paul Shaw back at Millmoor tomorrow, he did a good job for us and is a great player and I have a lot of time for him."

Chesterfield Boss Roy McFarland only has one new injury problem after watching his side bow out of the Johnstones Paint Trophy at the northern semi final stage on Wednesday night, a game that Alan Knill watched.

Adam Smith picked up a knock on his ankle, "It is badly bruised and it is a concern because it is the one he has had problems with before, It's a shame because he was putting some great ball across and he looked lively." McFarland told Teamtalk.com

Former Miller Paul Shaw looks likely to partner the highly rated Caleb Folan up front as the Spireites will look to continue thier good run of form at Millmoor, they have won 5 of the last 6 visits here!!

We will certainly need the luck of the gods with us tomorrow, especially as the referee is former Premiership numpty Dermot Gallagher.
