The 20 year old midfielder impressed in the short time he was with the Millers last season despite his time being hampered with injury.
So boss Matt Hamshaw looked to bring him back to the NYS for a second spell.
Joining the Millers for a season long loan, Hamshaw was pleased to have got his man.
