With Knill being nominated for the Manager of the Month award, the praise could keep coming until the weekend when the Millers will face Carlisle who are in good form at home themselves.

Speaking to todays Rotherham Star, Knill is just trying to channel his thoughts into gaining another 3 points on Saturday.

"It has been nice but last Saturday has gone and we have been looking ahead and ensuring we focus everything on Carlisle this weekend, Our job is to win football matches, I expect to win and it is important not to get carried away. I've been stressing that and the lads, knowing them, will take it on board. They're level-headed." Knill said.

Should Knill win the MOTM award, he will be wanting to steer clear of the usual curse of losing the next game that comes with it, "I know that, in this game, one week you can be the bee's knees and the next you're rubbish. We need to maintain standards, that's our aim. Can we do that. I believe we can but it won't just happen." he added.

MillersMAD will of course bring you the news on the Manager of the Month award.
