Fleming was brought into the club by manager Alan Knill last week as he looks to bolster his very leaky defence, and his presence made an immediate impact as the Millers claimed thier first clean sheet in over 15 games.

Speaking to Millersworld, Fleming said, "We got an half decent result against Brighton, but it was a shame that the game the other night was called off but I'm thoroughly looking forward to the rest of the season now."

"I'll bring a bit of experience to the squad, the first thing that hits you is that its a young squad, its talented but very young at the moment." Craig added.

He then went on to give his thoughts on Alan Knill, "I've known Alan a good while now, going back to my Halifax days, he's a good bloke and talks a lot of sense, he was half the reason why I signed."

"The players are a good bunch of lads and they've made me feel very welcome. The lads here are technically good and they impressed me. When Norwich played them earlier this season they impressed me then, they got the ball down and played good football." he added.
