Facey delighted with the three points

Facey, who has netted in consecutive home games against West Yorkshire sides in Huddersfield and now the Bantams, was delighted with his own contribution but more so of the teams first win in 15 outings.

He explained: "I'm more appreciative of the win more than anything. Its the first one in a long time, even better that I got two goals.

"Its a pitty I couldn't get a hat-trick, but i'm not being greedy! As long as we got the three points in the bag that was all I was bothered about.

"We always know we've got performances in us, it's just getting it out of us really. Obviously the gaffer being sacked and the caretaker taking over just changes things a little bit, fortunately for us we got the three points.

"It would have been nice to keep a clean sheet but we haven't scored four goals in a long time, since the Crewe game, and after the abysmal run its a great achievement for us.

"If we can get three or four wins on the bounce together, particularly in the games coming up, we have a real chance. The lads know we've got it in us."
