The Millers had lost 5 of their previous 6 at the New York Stadium before last weekend and the gaffer told the Advertiser that his backroom staff of Paul Raynor, Paul Warne and Andy Dibble have helped him through it.

If you don't look at yourself then you'll never get it right, If you look in and you're not happy with some of your selections or decisions then you take it quite badly. In the past I've come through spells like that and I think the staff here will tell you I lead by example."
