Evans added to his post match reaction, saying: “Jamie Devitt came off just before half-time with a slight hamstring problem, but the biggest credit I can give the players who came on is that we didn’t miss two key players.
"The players are in there now and they are choking with disappointment that they haven’t won. That is the sign of a good team.
“The pitch here is magnificent but it is firm and hard. Kari has gone over on his shoulder and Denis Circuit thinks it might just be bruising.”
