Noble is back in training after a personal problem whilst Arnason is now fully fit after an ankle injury.
Evans told the clubs official site: '"Any team is going to miss quality players such as Arny and Nobby.
''Both these lads are top players for our level and it will be like having made two top new signings. Both the lads have come through some real tough work with our fitness coaches since the weekend and subject to no set-backs both will be named in our squad for Saturday.
''Having these two lads back will give everyone a lift. Today and tomorrow will be a very busy day as we are trying to do some business but let us see where that takes us.
"The focus is on playing against a good Oxford United at the weekend and we need to get fully prepared", added Evans.
