The date is not confirmed yet but it is looking like Thursday the 17th march in my local student union building, no idea of the time or anything but I will be sure to let you know as soon as it is confirmed. There is a lovely girl on some beauticians course who is going to wax me for free, so I will purchase the wax and I wont have to pay the costs of getting somebody to do it.
I think she only wants to do it to laugh at me in pain but there will be a lot of people doing that!!!Anyway, a rough calculation is that I raised £750 for my month without alcohol; I am still collecting monies in off some people, as I haven’t been able to see them since.
I was originally looking to make £1000 for TYSOC but after the amount that I raised just by doing a month without alcohol I have raised my target to £2500, I still have two more episodes after this one: Saturday 4th may – walking to Leeds, our last match of the season, a group of around 5 or 6 of us will be walking from Millmoor to Elland road.
And then on an unconfirmed date sometime next year I will be throwing myself out of a plane wearing my Rotherham shirt, with a guy fastened to me from a great height. A skydive!!!Hopefully I will make my new target, I just want to thank all the people that have sponsored me so far.
