Around 18,000 Millers fans made the trip to the League Two play-off final in May and the club are hoping to attract a few fresh and more regular faces to Don Valley as they target automatic promotion this time around.

Chairman Tony Stewart said to the Tiser: "We want the fans to come and have a look, not just at a play-off final. Their attendance is a key factor in the success of Rotherham United."

Commercial director Steve Coakley added: "We are not disappointed in our attendances but we are trying to say that, of those 18,000 people at Wembley, it would be nice to see a few of those on a regular basis."
