Coleman starts Interview proceedings

Coleman and the board have whittled down around 40 applicants to a shortlist of 11 to succeed the sacked Alan Knill (right), with rumours on our messageboard claiming Brian Little was amongst the first to be invited for an interview today.

The hunt to find a new boss could well take another couple of weeks, but if Coleman is impressed enough with what he sees and hears from the latest line of people looking to get back into management, a new man may even be in place by this weekend's home clash against Gillingham.

The Millers sit nine points from safety with just six games to salvage League One status. Current caretaker boss Mark Robins (left) has thrown his hat into the ring, sitting on a nine point return from his six games in charge.

So, do you think we should wait until the end of the season or apppoint a new man as soon as possible? As always, our MESSAGEBOARD is open for debate.
