Cobwebs beginning to clear - Moore

Moore admits the six weeks without a game either side of Christmas and the New Year period has hindered his side, but after slip ups to Darlington twice and Bournemouth, they are showing signs of hitting their straps after Saturdays 2-1 win at Lincoln.

"We played some excellent stuff at times - probably the best of the season," said the Millers manager to todays Star.

"In the last two games we have got out of the blocks quickly and, while I don't want to make excuses, the six weeks off must have had some effect.

"It seems they have got the cobwebs off and everything is coming back. Yes, we gave the ball away cheaply at times but there was some really good football in there.

"It's about getting some consistency into our game and let's hope we can carry on from these last two games because we have got ourselves right back into the frame."
