Businessmen rally support for club.

Tonights Rotherham Star, reports that more people have shown intrest in the Millers and that the 2 Businessmen that have contacted the club previously are drumming up support from local businesspeople by arranging a meeting for Tuesday next week.

The duo have spoke to the Star but at this stage don't want thier identities revealed have said that they have met people from the business community of Rotherham and that many have said they are willing to help.

"These are people who are serious about doing something to help and there are plenty more out there we're sure. So we invite people to come to next weeks meeting" the pair told The Star.

"The survival of the club is paramount. Getting that stand completed with all the facilities in it is vital. It is great how everybody has rallied rouund at this time but we need business people to get behind it." the pair added.

Nothing has come from the club about the pair, who own business within Rotherham, but they have siad they have met the club and recieved a favourable response.

"If people don't do anything the it will be too late, The Save The Millers campaign needs to go on but we will run alongside it and we have ideas and many people we have spoken to say they are so glad someone is planning something and asked how they can help."
