The striker who scored 9 goals for the Millers last season today spoke to the clubs official site after signing on with the Millers for another year; "I am delighted with the new deal, I had one or two calls from other clubs but my only aim was to stay with Rotherham United. I have felt at home in Rotherham and I can see the club is moving forward and I want to be a part of that." he said

"I have belief in my own ability. I have been a pro for 12 years and I knew once I managed to get my fitness levels up it was important to take my chance when it came around. Once I got my opportunity I had to convince Mark Robins that I was worth a contract and I have done that. My only regret is that I haven't scored more goals this season. I have high standards and I know I am capable of getting more goals, so that is what I am targeting for next season."

"It has been a great season for the club. Rotherham United are now a team that is taken seriously around the country and we will now start the new campaign on zero points which will give us a level playing field with the rest of the division,"

"There have been many highlights this season with the cup runs but from a personal point of view I really enjoyed the header against Bury at Gigg Lane. The goals I scored at Notts County and Luton were also particular highlights because of where the game was poised at the time." he added
