BREAKING NEWS - Robins Leaves Millers For Tykes

The Tykes initially approached Rotherham last Wednesday morning and the Millers gave permission for Robins to travel across South Yorkshire. for talks.

With the saga stretching out over the weekend Robins was placed on gardening leave whilst the situation was resolved.

Assistant boss John Breckin took charge of the side for Saturdays 3-1 win over Chesterfield but he too was placed on leave on Sunday after expressing interest in talking to the Oakwell outfit before completing his move this yesterday along with Steve Taylor and Nick Daws.

Finally, the worlds worst kept secret will be confirmed at this afternoon's press conference with Robins following suit and signing a contract.

A statement on the Millers official website confirmed the appointment and reassured supporters that the club start their search for a new manager and backroom staff with immediate effect.
