With some fans having doubts wether or not to purchase season tickets on the basis they don't know what will happen if the club lose the court case, the club are insisting that even if the case is lost, the club will survive.

The uncertancy is costing the Millers money and affecting cash-flow as Commercial Director Gary Hall explained things; "Much has been said recently over our proposed ticket prices for next season, and the fact that the club is in jeopardy because of the current ongoing court case, and we know that fans are worried about buying a season ticket because of this."

"We want to put people's minds at rest and explain the situation at Millmoor. The court case does not put the clubs future at risk in fact we are the claimants not the defendants. If the club lost the case this would not jeopardise the club as we have been paying our rent to the courts and will continue to do this." he added.

"We know that times are tough both financially and on football terms but we feel that this season we will change our recent fortunes. We believe that Mark Robins and John Breckin are the right people to lead us back up the league tables and that we need to look towards the future and bring the good times back to Millmoor," he added.
"These prices have not been plucked out of the air, in all businesses you have a budget to work to and then you price the product accordingly, We as supporters understand that the cost of our tickets are at the high end of League Two, however our player budgets and our expectations are there too."

The club have also extended the discount period by an extra week giving fans until June 6th to buy thier season ticket with full discount, and the club have arranges a finance deal for fans wishing to pay month by month for thier ticket.
"We have again provided a financial package alternative that will give the fans the opportunity to pay for the tickets over a period of time at competitive interest rates." Hall added.
