"I thought QPR were the better team and obviously they will be more disappointed not to take the three points. They started really well, they are a really good home side on a tight pitch but I think we played well in the first half.
"We had pockets of the game when I thought we were really good, We stretched them and got in behind them down the sides, Chieo and Wash (Connor Washington) were doing great and caused them all sorts of problems.
“We took the lead through a well crafted goal but I was disappointed with the goal we conceded. In the second half, I think both sets of players were sort of hanging on in there in the second half, it was a hot day."
"The lads left everything out on the pitch to get a draw. I think their determination is the winning factor that got them a draw.
"QPR have got some very good players and we were always worried about quick one-twos around the edge of the box. But we also thought that when we won the ball then if we were quick enough we'd get in, and we did that - on numerous occasions in the first half. It was definitely one of those games where I thought we could get one on the counter, but in fairness every time we did counter, they did it back to us. The lads gave literally everything they had for us.
"On another day we might have won and on another day we might have took a crack. So I'm pretty pleased with a point."
