All Change??

With the Millers bang in the middle of a busy spell of matches, Robins has a few players knocking on the door of a first team spot - which is only a good thing as he looks to this weekends game at Gillingham he tells the Advertiser.

"We have to make sure we are right for this match. We need to put the cups on the back burner and concentrate getting ourselves up table. It's a good one for us in that it will concentrate a few minds. Gillingham are a strong side and they're climbing the league."

"We've had a lot of games so far and fatigue is something I've got to be mindful of and we will look at options as regards team selection. No-one is going to come to me and say 'gaffer, I'm tired.' Everyone wants to play."

"Changing things is more difficult when you're winning but we did lose at Stoke. It just doesn't stretch to games either. I'm not willing to go into detail, but we're doing things differently in training to keep the players fresher. There has been a change in intensity."

With the already hectic schedule, the FA Cup replay against Aldershot is a game we could have done without Robins said; "I've looked back at the game and it wasn't penalty, I'm disappointed we couldn't get through it but at least we've had a good look at Aldershot and know what they're about."

"There's a trip to Millwall for us in the second round if we get through that but our thoughts will immediately turn to the next league game against Bradford. As for the JP Tropy draw, we've got a home tie and that's all we could have asked for."
