Alexander had been one of the name's rumoured for the vacant Managers job at Millmoor, and when he was put on gardening leave by the Lincoln board, rumour was rife that its was because he had wanted to speak with the Millers.

However Alexanders agent Charles Collymore said, "We've had absolutely no contact whatsoever with anyone at Rotherham and are just looking to get Keith's situation at Lincoln sorted out as quickly as possible."

That happened tonight with the Imps annoucing that Alexander was staying at the club.

Meanwhile Football Heaven have today spoke with Millers Chairman Peter Ruchniewicz after a week or so of silence from the board.

It was mentioned that Ruchniewicz will have an interview on the programme next week.

It was also denied that the players were paid late last month, with Ruchniewicz calling the allegations 'entirely not true in no way shape or form that the players missed any payments at all. He told the station to assure fans that the players are fully paid up to date and that there were no problems in december."

Ruchniewicz also apologised the lack of communication and that he had no been on the programme, but promises as soon as there is anything to report that he will come on Football Heaven himself.
