Administrator Jeremy Bleazard and Tony Stewart will no doubt have been watching the recent Leeds United court case and the Luton situation with some intrest as they look to bring the Millers out of administration without the possible minus 15 points penalty.

With those preceedings only now coming to a close, the Millers will be looking at the best way to come out of administration and the Administrator has applies to the courts for an extension to the deadline to send letters to the clubs creditors to agree to a CVA deal which expired this week.

Any extension will be for 2 to 3 weeks according to the Advertiser.

The consortium headed by Tony Stewart are currently funding the club, thier takeover is said to be close to completion.
