Kenny Jackett welcomes new signing Peter Odemwingie into the matchday squad after proving he is fit enough to play a part in the game.

Stephen Kelly also returns to the squad after an Achilles issue while Kelvin Wilson is doubtful. Kirk Broadfoot, Tom Adeyemi both miss out along with long term absentees Joson Clarke-Harris.

Ipswich boss Mick Mcarthy has a few injury woes of his own, Luke Hyam, Tommy Smith, Brett Pitman and Giles Coke are all injured but David McGoldrick and Jonny Williams are in contention for starts having returned from injury as substitutes in the 3-0 defeat at Newcastle.
