Footymad preview History of the Rotherham United v Swindon Town fixture

Rotherham United play host to Swindon Town at Don Valley Stadium on Saturday afternoon, needing to improve on a poor record between the sides. The visitors have won 6 of the 13 previous games, with the Millers winning just 4.

The last time the two teams met on Millers turf was back in December 2005 at Millmoor, with Swindon inflicting a narrow 1-0 defeat upon the Millers in a League One match.

The reverse of this fixture in September saw a tasty affair end 3-2 to the home side as Rotherham lost their unbeaten start to the season.
