The visit of Rochdale to Don Valley is the first real chance to gauge how the Millers might fare this season.
The traditional marker of the borderline between Rotherham and Sheffield, the "Tinsley Towers" will be no more after this weekend. How will folk know if they are from Sheffield or Rotherham from Monday?
I suspect, deep down, I might be a "glass half full" sort of person so I probably ought to be more pleased with the way the squad is shaping up. But I've got some nagging doubts. For what they're worth, here they are.
