Mr Tony Bates from Staffordshire.

Tony qualified as a referee in 1983, and was appointed to the National List of referees in 1996, making him one of the longest seving.

Tony was Assistant Referee for the Charity Shield in 1995 and the FA Cup Final in 1996. He refereed the Women's Cup Final in 2007.
