Robert Madley (West Yorkshire).
Madley has been on the National Listed panel of referees since 2010 after spending a season running the line in the Premiership, but has only taken charge of a Millers game once.
That was the 3-0 win over Bradford last January at DVS when a brace from Lewis Grabban and a fine strike from Brett Williams sealed the points.
This season Madley has taken charge of 25 games, showing 69 yellows and four red cards.
Running the lines on Tuesday night are Mr. M. Howes (Birmingham) and Mr. M. McGrath (East Yorkshire).
The fourth official is Mr. I. Dudley (Nottinghamshire).
