Rob was in charge of 2 Millers games last season, the 1-1 draw at Northampton when Conrad Logan cost the Millers the win with a freaky own goal, and then the home defeat to Bristol Rovers at DVS.
This season Rob has issued 39 yellow cards in 12 games so far and is yet to produce a red.
