Steve Bratt from the West Midlands.
Bratt last took charge of the Millers for our 2-2 draw at Wycombe last season when Daniel Nardiello's brace bagged a point.
Bratt has issued 17 yellows and just the one red card this season having only taken charge of 10 matches.
