Brendan Malone from Wiltshire.
Malone first reffed the Millers back in 2010, as they ran out comfortable 4-1 winners away at Barnet.
He was also in the middle for the 3-2 loss at Dagenham just over a year ago, sending off Michael Raynes for a second bookable offence.
This season he has already been in charge of a Torquay fixture, their 2-1 win over Gillingham back in October. His total card count stands at 43 yellows and 3 reds in 16 matches so far this campaign.
