Phill Crossley from Kent.

Phil was a late starter to reffing at the age of 29, but made rapid progress through the leagues to be appointed to the National Listed panel in 2002.

The 2004/05 season saw Phil take charge of his first games involving the Millers, the Championship fixtures involving Coventry City at Highfield Road, the game ending 0-0, and the home fixture against Leeds United when a Martin McIntosh goal secured a 1-0 win for the Millers after they were battered for most of the game.

Phil has not reffed a Millers game since these fixtures.

This season Phil has been in the middle for 11 Games, showing 31 Yellow and 2 Red cards.

Running the lines will be Mike George (Norfolk) along with Nigel Lugg (Surrey)

The Fourth Official is Oleksandr Saliy (Middlesex)
