Man in the Middle - Plymouth Argyle

Darren Sheldrake from Surrey

This is Darren's fifth season on the National List of Referees but he has only stood in one Millers game previously.

This was the re-arranged midweek league game down at Gillingham last season, when a Nicky Law free-kick provided the Millers' only joy of the night as they went down 3-1. Sheldrake booked three players but failed to show a red to the home sides Curtis Weston for a blatant stamp on 'keeper Abndy Warrington, which left him needing 12 stitches in a head wound.

Sheldrake reffed the Carling Cup first round game between Portsmouth and Barnet in midweek, also booking three players as Barnet upset the form guide, winning 1-0.

Running the lines at Home Park on Saturday will be Mr. S Knapp (Bristol) and Mr. A Turner (Devon).

The Fourth Official is Mr. A Hopkins (Devon).
