Keiith Stroud from Hampshire.
Keith was appointed to the International refs list in 2004.
Stroud has only taken charge of one Millers match in past few seasons, the 1-0 win at Burton in February 2010 when Adam Le Fondre netted the noyl goal and loanee Josh Walker saw yellow.
Keith has shown an alarming 108 yellows in 27 games in the middle this season, topped up by no less than 10 reds...
Running the lines will be Mr. K Lawson from South Humberside and Mr. G. S Evetts from Hertfordshire.
