This is our first look at Phil for over two years, with his last game involving the Millers being a 3-1 home defeat to Bournemouth in February 2010.
Tom Pope had opened the scoring on that night before Danny Hollands' double helped the visitors seal the win, with Ian Sharps seeing yellow.
This season Phil has reffed 31 games, dishing out 95 yellow and four red cards.
