Of the 36 games he took charge of last season Graham gave out 88 yellow and 5 red cards.
Two of those games were in Millers matches, the one at Don Valley, which despite Barnet being reduced to 10 men when Max Porter received his marching orders, the Millers went down 4-3.
The other game Graham reffed last season was a happier affair, with Michael Cummins grabbing the winner at Lincoln City.
