Roger East from Wiltshire.
East has reffed across the entire Football League during his career and is an experienced head, having already taken charge of 6 Championship and 3 Premier League games this season after being promoted to the elite panel over the summer.
Despite his experience this will only be his second game in charge involving Rotherham. The first was a 1-1 draw at Brentford five years ago when Graham Coughlan earned the Millers a point.
So far this season East has already issued 52 yellows and 2 red cards in his 18 matches.
