David Foster from Tyne & Wear.

David was promoted to the National List of referees in 2006.

Last season David was in charge of the Millers home draw with Shrewsbury Town on Sky Sports, when the Millers had Andy Warrington to thank for a string of fine saves as they claimed a point against their fellow promotion hopefuls.

The Millers did take the lead on 12 minutes as Adam Le Fondre reached 20 league goals for the season, winning then smashing home a penalty after an alledged tug on his shirt by former Rotherham centre back Graham Coughlan.

However the equaliser came as Stephen Leslie netted into an empty net after Warrington had pushed aside Paul Murray's drilled shot.

This season David has taken charge of 14 Games, issuing 39 Yellow Cards, but has yet to produce a Red.

Running the lines will be Simon Clayton (County Durham) along with Ross Joyce (Cleveland).

The Fourth Official is Ryan Johnson (Manchester).
