Neil Swarbrick from Lancashire.

Neil was appointed to the National List of officials at the age of 29 and made rapid progress reaching the National List of assistant referees in only six years, he spent four years at this level before being promoted to the referees' list.

In October last season Neil refereed the Millers game with Hereford at Don Valley.

The Bulls scored a last minute goal through substitute Gavin McCallum to cancel out Adam Le Fondre's early opener as leaders Bournemouth lost at home to Chesterfield, leaving the Millers a point adrift and down in third place. Ian Sharps was the single booking of the game.

This season Neil has refereed 14 games issuing 44 Yellow cards, showing the Red card just once.

Running the lines will be Mark Weaver (West Midlands) along with Jason Whiteley (West Yorkshire)

The Fourth Official is Steven Copeland (Merseyside)
