Andy Haines from Tyne and Wear
This is Andy's second visit to DVS this season after taking charge of the 1-0 defeat to Burton last month, when a dubious Justin Richards goal settled matters. Millers midfieleder Danny Harrison saw yellow that afternoon.
Haines has taken charge of 17 games this season so far, issuing 45 yellows and two red cards.
Running the lines will be Mr. M. Denton (Lancashire) and Mr. A. Greenwood (North Yorkshire).
